TrueWash is a premium exterior cleaning company specializing in soft washing and pressure washing for luxury homes across the Lowcountry. We’re expanding fast and looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team.
Position: Soft Wash Laborer / Technician
Pay: $20–$30+ per hour (based on experience) + bonuses & tips
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (occasional Saturdays)
Location: Charleston, SC
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with residential and commercial soft washing & pressure washing.
- Set up and break down equipment, hoses, and ladders at each job site.
- Safely handle and mix cleaning solutions following company protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized truck and equipment.
- Deliver a professional experience that matches the TrueWash brand.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
- Comfortable working outdoors and on ladders.
- Attention to detail and pride in your work.
- Previous washing experience is preferred, but not required — we provide training.
